Domestic Shipping:

• We use USPS and UPS for domestic U.S. orders of in-stock items.
• Orders over $250 enjoy free economy shipping, while orders under $250 incur a flat-rate fee: $12.95 for economy shipping.
• Orders over $500 enjoy free express shipping, orders under $500 incur a flat-rate fee of: $30.00 for express shipping.
• Allow two business days for order fulfillment and tracking number issuance.
• Once you receive your tracking number, expect delivery within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping:

• International orders ship via UPS Worldwide Saver or UPS Worldwide Express.
• Shipping rates, based on the country, include an additional $8.00 handling fee.

Return Policy:

Holiday purchases during Nov. 18-Dec 24 are eligible for returns/exchanges up to 60 days from the purchase date.

• We offer free returns and exchanges for US orders within 30 days of delivery for unused and unworn items. We do not accept returns for Final Sale items.
• You can expect a full refund for the cost of the merchandise to the original form of payment 7 to 14 days of Rye 51 receiving your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
• International returns do not qualify for free returns/exchanges at this time. We do offer returns and exchanges for international orders, but the customer is responsible for return shipping and customs documents.

• Final Sale: Sale items that are marked with the "Sale" badge, Mystery Boxes, and Alterations (Hemmed Pants) are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged.
• Sale items are eligible for exchanges, but not returns.
