Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for U.S. orders within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items. Final Sale items are not eligible. Customers who select Checkout+ receive free return shipping through a prepaid label provided in our portal. Customers who opt out are responsible for return shipping and should purchase labels through our customer portal. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7–14 days of RYE 51 receiving the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
International orders may be returned or exchanged, but do not qualify for free return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any required customs documentation.
Domestic Shipping
We ship all in-stock U.S. orders via USPS and UPS.
- Orders over $250 qualify for free economy shipping; orders under $250 ship for a flat $12.95.
- Orders over $500 qualify for free express shipping; orders under $500 ship for a flat $30.00.
Please allow up to two business days for order processing and tracking. Once your tracking number is issued, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
International Shipping
International orders ship via UPS Worldwide Saver or UPS Worldwide Express.
Shipping rates vary by country and include an $8.00 handling fee.
Final Sale
Items marked with the “Final Sale” badge, Mystery Boxes, and Alterations (Hemmed Pants) are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Products purchased during promotional events such as 12 Days of Summer are also Final Sale. In-store returns are accepted on all items except Final Sale, Mystery Boxes, and Alterations (Hemmed Pants).
Holiday Policy
Eligible purchases made Nov. 18 through Dec. 24 qualify for returns and exchanges within 60 days of the purchase date.
