Retruns & Exchanges

Items must be unworn with tags attached and returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Due to the fact that we are unable to re-sell altered pants, any pants that receive complimentary hemming are non-returnable.

Our clothing is small batch with focus on fabric. Some of the most common fabrics we use are Supima cotton, Modal/cotton blend, PolyTek, linen and suede.

Due to the assorted range of product types and fabrications, this varies by product.  Please see details at product level.

Once your order has been successfully received and processed by our warehouse team, please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange item(s) or refund to be implemented.

Yes. We offer exchanges for all unworn/unaltered items within 30 days of your delivery date that are not marked as final sale.Items must be mailed-in or brought to an in-person location within 30 days of your delivery date

While you may visit one of our stores for fit guidance or new purchases, the store associates cannot handle returns for orders made online.  Those must be returned via https://rye51.loopreturns.com/#/

Please allow 5-10 business days, after your order has been marked as delivered back to us, for the refund to appear in your account. If after 10 business days, from the time the order is marked as delivered back to us, the refund still has not been received, please check with your bank.

Size & Fit

Rye 51 clothes are all made with an “athletic fit”, not relaxed and not skinny.  If you prefer a more generous fit, size up one level.

General

Only one promo and/or discount code can be applied to an individual order, no exceptions. VIP Reward Points and a discount code cannot both be used on one order.

Promo and discount codes are one-time use only and if the items in an order where a discount or promo code was used are returned or canceled the code cannot be applied to a new order; the code is forfeited. Discount codes are applied to all items in the order and if part of an order is returned only the discounted price can be refunded. 

During a site-wide sale, all promo and discount codes are invalid until the sale ends.Promo and discount codes cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.

Yes, please present the promotion to a store associate and they will be happy to honor the discount.

Unfortunately, yes. Our system is fast however, sometimes not fast enough. Out of stocks can occur after your order has been placed. When this occurs a member of our Rye 51 team will reach out to you to see if you would like to update the color or size of the item to one that is in stock or  like the out-of-stock item to be canceled and refunded. We apologize for the inconvenience when this occurs.
